Arun is very well connected with International financial institutes and has in depth knowledge in the domain of public markets, fund raising, financial restructuring, private placements, debt syndication, and international financial markets including ADR, GDR and a portfolio of traditional and emerging instruments. Arun holds Masters in Management degree with specialization in Finance as well as basic finance from ICFAI Hyderbad. He worked for various top corporate in good management positions in his 15 year tenure career including Kotak Securities Ltd, Angel Broking Ltd to name a few. He also has vast knowledge in the field of investments viz.Fund Management in stock markets/Mutual Funds/Insurance/IPO Funding etc.

Mr. Bibhaw Nath Tewari is a Chartered Accountant, having completed his Chartered Accountancy in the year 1999 brings in an experience and expertise from various industries from banking and Telecom. Bibhaw has worked for around 23 years in both these sectors managing huge businesses from launching the delhi circle for Idea cellular limited in the year 2003 in Delhi NCR to establishing processes of Credit and Risk for both these sectors on these years of experience. He has sped 3 years in crisis and risk assessment for banks for various loan products e.g. Auto loans for standard chartered bank and Bank of America, personal loans for Standard Chartered, Home Loans for HSBC bank and Professional Loans for Standard Chartered Bank. He has managed business various zones for Idea Cellular Limited aging vast experience of Sales and Marketing, Finance and establishing a robust network for the company in the zones in terms of planning the network implementation for the zones. He has also a very good experience in spear heading the Data rollout for Idea being the data vertical head for Idea Cellular during his tenure with the company. Mr Tiwari is associated with Norrwin since 2020 and is the instrumental for growth and expansion for our business.

Mrs. Neeru Gupta is a Post Graduate (M.Sc.,MCA) from IGNOU. She has vast experience of more than a decades in major corporates of the country in IT & Education sectors. To name of a few organizations where she has gained experience and exposure are ICFAI University, JIMS Management Institute, NDMC.

Mrs. Gupta has spent quite a few years in Training and Organization and has worked extensively with National Centre for Agricultural & Policy Research & Aptara Corporation. At present she is associated with company in the areas of Strategy, Organization Development , Restructuring. She is looking after the IT Division as well as corporate communications in Norrwin. 

Rohit Gupta manages digital strategy and information architecture for Norrwin Financial Services. He holds BE degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering. A life long digital enthusiast, Rohit has taught himself the ropes of digital technologies. Over the last decade, he has worked on several digital campaigns for clients ranging from SMEs to multinationals. He has also been associated with Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers New Delhi as a member and has helped put together the curriculum. He has worked as territory manager for technical services of operations as well as Turnkey Installation of Heavy Duty Diesel Power Generating Sets in Fuji Technical Services (P) Ltd Mumbai. He has also designed, developed and delivered installation & troubleshooting of Anti-virus software on MS exchange/ISA & Linux Servers.
